Our Refund & Cancellation Policy
Our return policy lasts for 30 days. Hence if 30 days have lapsed since your purchase, you CANNOT avail this facility of Refund or Exchange.
Eligibility to return our product has certain criteria.
1. The product must be unused and should be in the same condition as you received it. 2. It should be in its original packaging material. 3. In order to accept the goods you wish to return, we require the original receipt or proof of purchase. 4. Products should not be sent back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only a partial refund is granted (if applicable).
1. Any product that is not in its original condition is damaged or some part of the product is missing, for any such reasons not due to our fault.
2. Products that are returned after 30 days after delivery.
Refunds (if applicable):
1.Once we receive the returned products, after an inspection of the product you will receive an Email from our end notifying the same.
2. We will also notify you regarding an approval or rejection of your refund.
3. If approved, the refund will be processed, and the credit will automatically be reflected to your credit card or original mode of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If Refund is not received for the Returned Products:
1. Usually it takes 5 to 7 working days for refund.
2. Check your bank account.
3. Contact the credit card agency as usually it takes some time for official credit.
4. Contact the Bank if they need some processing time before a refund is credited.

1. Refund is eligible only on regular priced products.
2. We do not have refund policy on products ON SALE.
Exchanges (if applicable)
1. Products are eligible for Replacement only if they are genuinely defective or damaged at the manufacturers end or broken while in transit.

3. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
4. We can arrange for the payment of shipping cost for your Return which will be deducted from your Refund amount.5. Shipping back your returned products may take some more time depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, all this may vary.6. You will be responsible for shipping back your return product, Hi Tech Enterprises will not bear the liability for any loss/misplaced in transit.
