Items shipped from Hi Tech, can be returned within 30 days of delivery, with some exceptions.

For all Return of Products proper returning procedures should be followed along with the reasons and pictures while returning the product.
Return Pick up:
We do NOT provide return pick-up services. Customer has to courier us on our registered address.
However, in case of incorrect product delivery or any defect in the product we will exchange the product or refund the amount depends on case to case.
Return Process :
As soon we receive the returned product back at the given address, we will check the pictures of the product taken before delivery and the pictures taken after they had reached your doorstep. If found genuine then we shall replace or exchange the product depends on the availability of the same product. It would be difficult for us to follow the return process if found mishandled from your end.
